Or In Oklahoma you have different Tribes that have their own clinics and Hospitals So you go to their tribal website and they have job listings you can look at

I have been dreaming of working in this area. I especially want to work with Native Americans. Yet online searching has been a dead end. Can you point me in the right direction?
